Healthy Pad Thai Recipe

I have to admit…I have a thing for Thai food. I love that I can make it healthy by using canola oil when heating everything in a large wok and adding as many vegetables as I like. I especially like Pad Thai, although it’s very hard for me to make. This recipe keeps things very simple. Don’t forget to add some cabbage – it really brings out the flavor.
